We moved here in July and have no regrets! Angelina is amazing in the front office and I can't believe people ever have a bad thing to say about her. She is so sweet and cares about your concerns or problems. Any issues we've had she resolved almost immediately or within the next 48 hours. When I was recommended an emotional support animal after moving in, she was so helpful with the process of what I need to have and do in order to have the animal here and did it quickly! Our apartment is super quiet and it's like you don't have neighbors! The pavement in the complex was just redone and it is beautiful! The only thing we are mildly unhappy with is our cupboards. They're just a little older and don't close all the way. But when we moved in, Angelina told us they will be replacing them soon so no real worry there! I would and do recommend this complex for anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable apartment!

I have lived here for a few years now and I really enjoy it. It’s quiet, my maintenance concerns are promptly addressed. Angelina the property manager has been outstanding in making sure that the complex is run well. Thank you Angelina for always being a joy to talk with and helpful in my needs. Curtis Junction has a great community atmosphere. Many of the neighbors take time to get to know each other and be there for each other and this is all why I have made the choice to renew my lease a few times now. I also really appreciate that the landscape is consistently maintained which also important for a nice environment.

It's a great place that is affordable. The manager Chris amazing. He really cares about his people and he will work with you as much as he can. He is honestly the best manger I've ever had. It is quiet and people are nice here.

Been renting here for 1-year and just signed another lease, the manager Angela has been great. My only advice to anyone, is know what your signing up for, everything is in the agreement, so do your part by reading it or asking your manager to read it with you. She took her time, went through every line of the agreement and always asked if I had any questions with each section. Everything I was told upfront when signing my lease is how it's been, no surprises. Maintenance takes care of most things same day. Even though I don't prefer living in a 1-bedroom apartment, this was the right choice for what was available to me, at a fair price. When you have issues communication is key, if there is something that isn't getting resolved timely then call or email. Every time I have called I got an answer, every time I sent an Email got a prompt response, with the information I've needed or time frame on when a situation will get resolved, and they back it up by doing it during the said time frame. Never have had any issues with payments, no hidden charges or fees, nothing unexpected, just the way anyone likes it! Have had weird situations at previous places of residence, landlord would show up unannounced, enter without permission, issues with payments, taking deposits without giving specific reasons why or what needed replaced. I've always been given a notice weeks in advance with Verity, for any inspection or situations where it's needed to enter my apartment. No matter how big or small this is my home, and with the thousands of people/places, they respect your boundaries and follow the rules, they do the small things right and I appreciate that!
