  • Curtis Junction is a recently renovated apartment home community. Unlike many communities, Curtis Junction spans over six acres, offering a playground and open spaces for a family-friendly environment. With an array of amenities and bright, updated units, Curtis Junction offers many of the comforts of a single family subdivision with the convenience of apartment living.

  • Rent is due the first of every month. There is a 3 day grace period and any rental payments received after the 3rd of the month will be subject to a $75.00 late fee.

  • Curtis Junction residents can pay rent online using a debit card or bank transfer. Checks can also be mailed or dropped off at the rental office. Cash is not accepted.

  • Item description
  • Utilities are not included in your monthly rental fee. Tenants are responsible for electric, water, sewer, and trash services. Additional utilities, such as telephone, cable, and internet are available from local providers.

  • Currently, Curtis Junction Apartments does not allow tenants to sublet their units.

  • Curtis Junction Apartments is pleased to welcome your furry friends! We allow a maximum of two pets per apartment home. All pets must be spayed or neutered, and photos and breed information are required with your application. Please note that breed restrictions do apply. Upon approval, you will be responsible for a $300.00 fee for the first pet and a $150.00 fee for the second pet. $30.00 pet rent is also due per month per pet.
